The Honorable Chief Minister of Gujarat
Gandhinagar

Respected Sir,

I am grateful to you for sending necessary directions through the Home Department in response to my email dated 19-4-2006 and earlier email on 15th March 2006.

In this connection I am glad to report that in light of my emails and follow up instructions conveyed through Police Commissioner's office , I have promptly received phone call from the Deputy Commissioner of Police ( Shri Jadeja) from Navrangpura Police Station on 11th May 2006 and I have met him and I have also lodged a formal complaint on 18-5-2006 in Gujarati along with necessary annexures.

I am thankful to the Honorable Chief Minister for showing concern and consideration to my request.

I would like to put on record that the Deputy Commissioner of Police ( Mr. Jadeja ) has responded to the grievance brought to his attention by the Police Commissioner's Office. He requested me to put my grievance in Gujarati to his PSI and thereafter he would attend to the same and which I have complied as stated earlier.

I am communicating this message to your office so that your kindself is informed about the developments taking place from time to time.

Once again I would like to thank you for issuing necessary instructions to Navrangpura Police station for followup action and look forward to your such responses in future .

I sincerely hope that the situation gets immediately rectified so that my family can be reunited and I have place to stay and action is taken against Nishit Chavada – a land mafia , for taking law in his hands to grab the possession of the property at throw away price.

I apprehend that myself and my family face grave risk of being beaten severely on account of their threats as long as the possession of Amrashagun bunglow rests with Nishit Pethalji Chavada and his various connections with the underworld.

I sincerely hope that all the hindrances in implementation are removed by your self extending support to Navrangpura Police station from time to time.

Your support would be very much appreciated.

Thanking you.

Yours most respectfully,

Pankaj S Mody
