Mr. R S CHUDASMA is ASSITANT COMMISSIONER OF POLICE who oversees various police stations and sits at Vejal Pur Police station. His name has become controversial in light of name of Police Inspector Mr. Rathod ( Ellisbridge Police station ) was tainted as per the news paper report. I have already narrated the conduct of Vejalpur Police station in my earlier emails to you and hence it is necessary to find out the detailed inquires made by him against Nishit Pethalji Chavada - land mafia . Under no circumstances you can cover up his actions especially when I Have already conveyed earlier that even Deputy Commissioner of Police Mr Jadeja claimed to be powerless in questioning Mr. R S Chudasma. Does all the events do not suggest that they are hand in glove especially on account of adverse reports on Mr Rathod - Police Inspector at Ellisbridge Police station. Kindly conduct on the spot investigation personally to check the performance and integrity of Mr. R S Chudasma who recorded my statement at Vejalpur police station on 5th June 2006 and till date nothing has been done by Mr Babulal working under him inspite of having reported to Mr. Jadeja - Deputy Commissioner of Police - Mr. Jadeja Such lethargy and sloth and indifference and careless and negligence cannot be tolerated by you as you are risking the lives of the undersigned as well as my family members . This is nothing but total incompetence and irresponsible mind set of Police . If this is the way the Police force behave irresponsibly than this should be of concern to citizens in Ahmedabad and elsewhere. I therefore humbly request you to conduct inquiries of Chudasma at Vejalpur Police station forthwith . For my safety I am circulating the news to media on wide scale for my safety. By now , the control room of Police Commissioner ought to have taken immediate action to summon Mr. R S Chudasma and his writer Mr. Babulal and found out the steps that has been taken by them in this regard and thereby check their integrity , competence , etc. I look forward to your prompt action .
